The Medical Access Program MAP and MAP BASIC are local programs provided by Central Health that cover medical care for qualifying Travis County residents. Once you start the online application, you will need to complete it within 2 hours. If you are unable to upload all the required documents when you submit your application, you will have 30 days to do so by clicking the Send Additional Proofs button below.

Please allow 10 days for your application to be processed once it has been submitted. Applicants will be notified if additional information is needed. Call 512-978-8130 Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm if you have questions.

New Application


You will need to provide information about all members of the Applicant's Household, including names, dates of birth, and all income received in the last 30 days. Adults over the age of 18 will need to provide their Social Security Number or ITIN if they have one.
